Staff Nurse Conference held at the Royal Hospital

12th October 2018

Last week the Royal Hospital held a Staff Nurse Conference and was privileged to host Professor Martin Green OBE as the guest speaker for the event.

The conference was organised by the Royal Hospital’s Director of Health and Wellbeing, Professor Deborah Sturdy OBE she said: “We all had a fantastic day together, as peers, discussing, learning and planning future exciting initiatives that we can take forward at the Royal Hospital. It’s my aim to empower our nursing staff and create Nurse led projects, improve our electronic care records and promote our 2019 Leadership Programme."

"The Royal Hospital is truly a unique institution and we are at a very exciting time in terms of how we move our care strategy forward. I want to say thank you to all the Nurses who attended and that as the conference was such a success we hope to have another one in the future.”
